Traci Redding NPC Figure
How did you get interested in bodybuilding/working out?

I taught aerobics and someone in my class approached me and said that I should compete.

What was your first show like, any interesting experiences?

I loved it!! A ton of learning experiences from the suit I wore to the tanning products. There is so much about presentation!!

What do you like and dislike about competing?

I love the empowerment that it gives me and I love the Victory! I dislike that I sometimes feel isolated from the world and all the fun partys and activities!

What are your future goals in this industry?

To promote the figure industry in a positive light and to motivate and inspire people to make healthy eating and exercise a part of there life! Of course to turn Pro!!

What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?

Hopefully I will have reached my personal goals as far as competing! I would hope to have a family by this time, you know kids husband, the things that I think life is really all about! I see myself being involved in the Industry in some way as well as continuing to be a Registered Nurse, because that is also my passion!

Please tell us something special about you that most people wouldn't know?

I am a very sensitive person and my feelings get hurt very easy! I try so very hard to please everyone!

Any additional notes? People you would like to thank?

I just want to thank all the people in my life that make this happen! Thanks Isaiah I love you! Also I want to thank my trainer Robert Mannox who is so amazing and talented, thank you for taking me on and molding my physique!! Thank you Sheilahe Brown my posing coach for making me who I am on that stage!! Thanks to all my other supportive friends!! I also want to thank my Mother who is absolutely wonderful and unconditionally supportive and without her being at everyone of my shows helping me with my tan, clothes, cooking my food and being my #1 Fan I would not be able to do it!! Thanks to my Dad, Maryla and Mark for supporting me even though you do not understand why I do it!! I love you all and want you to know I am so thankful for each and everyone of you!
