Best practices on meeting UTRs

It will be great if folks can share some best practices on meeting gals who are UTR and persuading them to session. This is in all of our interests as UTRs often become full session girls, esp if their initial experiences are positive.

Insta****: I have had terrible luck with reaching out to ladies on Insta****, maybe 1% success rate. Seems a waste of time.

Meeting ladies at the Olympia: here my success rate is higher.  I saw a bunch of gals who I follow on IG and asked them for a picture. 100% agreed, and most were friendly were willing to talk for 5-10 minutes. After establishing an initial rapport, I asked many of them if they were open to sessions, and two said yes and gave me their emails.  Two other ladies I couldn't ask there, but I said I had an idea for sponsorship and they gave me their emails. So far no responses yet...

If you are funny and respectful, they are more likely to respond favorably. Also, by meeting me in person and seeing that I am in reasonable shape (and not too old or 300 pounds), that also increased the odds.

 What is the end game of asking competitors if they are open to sessions? If it's with a view to actually seeing them  great. But it seems with the volume you're asking you're just doing it to come here and post about it.   I'm all for introducing women to sessions but this lacks focus.

     History shows I had plenty that didn't involve asking for pictures.
