In this challenge there are 4 girls vs 4 boys, and the result is 2 - 2 
Sondra win her thrid consecutif match between poor Andre with her unreal 56 side lateral with 15 lbs weight 

At the end of the 2-2 the rules is each team choose one athlete.
Of course the girls choose her IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilder invincible Sondra Grajeles to defy her male opponent.
