Nina is an amazing girl - she completely dominated that Guinness World Record event in Italy in 2012, winning five out of the six events (and therefore achieving five World Records). She was competing against the best too - Anki Oberg, Aneta Florczyk, Gemma Taylor, Ielja Strik, Kathleen Krause, Kim Berg and others.

She has since competed in some Highland Games type events with mixed success and in 2013 was the overall champion in the British International Most Powerful Woman event, setting another two World Records there in the shield carry and the keg loading events.

Sadly she recently announced she is quitting strongwoman events and moving on to other interests.

Sorry to drag a very old thread up, but I thought I'd share my experience. I was at the Highland Games in 2013 in Callendar and saw her lift the 120kg Atlas Stone onto the barrel. The challenge was for anyone to have a go. About half a dozen guys stepped up to the challenge, most of them couldn't even get the stone off the ground. One guy got it about 2" off the ground.

She got bored of watching this, stepped in and picked it up as if it were a small bag of sand. Amazing woman!

Ok this is my ideal lady.
She is 29 years old now, almost 6'1 tall!!!
Thank you Lord Lucan for the amazing story, she is undoubtful one of the most powerful human being in the world. Such a shame she is not anymore competing. I hope to see her back in action.
She is a wrestler now. I think it is economically better. Let's see what comes
