Looking for a story

There was a story posted on this site a few years ago about a teen boy with a testosterone deficiency. His doctor gave him a box of testosterone patches to use, but they weren't working. He finally discovered that his sister was using them first to grow her muscles and then putting the used ones back in the box for him to use. When he confronted her, she threatened him.
