On your advice I started lawnmower lifting.....more leg work ya know?
I didn't go to the 50th highschool reunion.   I just sent  my best FBB pics and some shots surfing.   Saw the first videos today.  Eye opener.   The scan of the list of the departed ones was scarey long. We ALL need to keep active...life's short !

Again I'm glad your old school friends seemed to react positively to your bodybuilding photos. I guess you're getting to the age where you will start to lose friends. It's never nice but it's a part of life. Thank you for sharing all of that Alison.

Support like yours keeps me going.  Speaking of going...here's a few surf shots of me form this last year.

Most of these are recent to about a year old...some maybe a couple years back.  I'm now 71 1/2 yr old.  Bill ( my husband ) and I hit the gym each morning Mon- Fri .  About once a month we head to the coast and enjoy surfing for a week.

Well...just keep moving.  Cut the carbs, (like REALLY cut the carbs).  Think positive.  Keep life simple.

Thanks to the gym every day and what bodybuilding taught me I can stay active at the sport I truly enjoy....at 71 1/2 yrs old.
