Yeah I got one to contribute. My girlfriend is Singaporean, 29 years old, is really into her crossfit and bodybuilding and currently trained by a FBB world Champion at NABBA level. She is putting on serious size and now trying to lose some fats and then bulk up with lots of muscle on upper body.
