Howzit Rob, it's not much of a secret, at least not there.  From those that I know and what I saw, here's the format:  they hammer the legs brutally, once a week heavy and once a week a bit less so, with the focus on volume.  The workout is long so they take glutamine before and afterwards.  As well as whey afterwards.  No one uses a single serving.  No one.  Never saw it.  Double or more.  Exercises: back squat, leg curls (usually not single leg), straight leg deadlift, leg press, abductor (heavy, the full stack often), kick backs of various types and arrangements, lunges (either walking or static) with weights....OR Bulgarian split squats on the Smith and leg extension.  Leg press is mostly narrow stance, feet at the top of the plate, knees together. normal rules, to failure.  The most favoured presses are 45 degree (not 35) with squab at the highest position.  They want a press where the squab is roughly parallel to the plate.  They never do hack squat, front squats(almost never),  Roman chair.  Mid-week they will do most of the above, but no squats or leg curls and reps tend to be higher and weights perhaps lower - just a general impression, I can't exactly recall.  No cardio after  legs, ever.  After the workout, they get off their feet for the rest of the day.  Just eat, lie, sleep.

These ladies DO seriously understand the pain and what it takes and in their working sets, you have to see them in action.  There's no breathing genteelly  through pursed lips, checking make up every third set and fiddling with cell phones.  Just none of that - exceptional work ethics impressed me more than the bods in the end.

Protein is typically 250-320g per day with at least 100g from supplements.  Carbs only after training (fast type) or in the morning (low yielding and slow releasing).  Total cals varies quite a bit from person to person. And of course, they are Brasilian - they go for skin treatments and deep tissue massage often - this is as normal as paying for parking to them.  (And apparently it is not cheap).

I'm brazillian and I can assure you that this type of girl/woman spend a lot of money with gym products, for example, half of salary is to gym and products: whey (very good quality, imported), bcaa, creatine, glutamine, etc etc...

I can bet you my whole salary that they're probably Americans just hating on them out of envy. And even if it is true I'm sure it's not all BrazilIan women who do it and certainly it's not only Brazilian women. Those guys just need to get a life and learn to give credit where it due.

I forgot about anabolic pills/ injections  (Winstrol, Deca , Primobolan, Boldenona, Oxandrolona, etc.)

But, maybe these girls never wont say the true...

These girls 100% inject something in their thighs, and im talking exclusivley brazillian women, look at how many have huge quads with alomost mo calf development, believing therwise is pure fantasy. butt implants is another favourate of the brazillian scene too

not even very big. but had to get a quick fix rather than gains in the gym. this what all the non hardcore brazilian bodybuilders are doing

Hi Fabi,

Andressa Urach is sparkling example of how dumb somes brazilian women can be on the pursuit of the beauty.
The worst in this story is the kind of product that they inject in their thighs.

Richer ones: they just don't do this shit  :-[ They just use protesis and very good anabolic steroids
Poorer ones: they use metacril, hidrogel, animal medication in order get to they goals as fast as possible.

What a shame...
