My name is roman. I am a collage student. I have a sister she is 12 years old her name is angel. She is a very good kid. And a loving sister. One day my friend deric came to my house. Both of our hight was nearly 5'10. I was an ok looking guy but deric was a thin. Both of us wanted to get buff but we were too lazy to go to the gym. So we were looking for an alternative and we found it. Another friend of mine said use mass gainers to grow muscle. We bought it. Both of use were a little bit scared because we haven't got any proper advise all we know was all from the internet. So we thought let's try it on some one else first or give it to someone. And the very next day gyms were closed due to covid 19.We dropped it until the gym get opened. My sister loved playing football and she goes to play every day. There was coach who gives proper warmups and exercises before playing. And she was good at it. Although she was 12 year old she was only about 4'11. She was also stuck at home but she played with kids in my neighbourhood. Mean while me and deric used to play games and we also did some online bidding for our pocket money because it was looked down what else we could do.
Two months passed and still no sign of lifting the looked down. I told deric, mahn let's sell that mass gainer we bought all though we were not going to use it and didn't know what would happen if we did.
Deric remained silent for a minute. I asked what is it. He looked at me and said i am sorry i did something with mass gainer. I asked what did u do. I wanted to test on someone so I gave it to your sister everyday I come. I was stunt and didn't k ow what to say. He explained and said the reason why he gave angel the mass gainer was because she was involved in sports.
That was enough for me i said " just get out of house" . He didn't say anything and walked out of my room. And stopped at the door and looked back at me and said. Have seen your sister lately.. And just walked out. I didn't know what to day i just staid in my room. Many questions came to mind what happened to her is she fine but she looked fine i see her everyday and haven't noticed anything. But what deric asked still sataid in mind and wanted to know what happened. But how how can i ask her does she have muscle. I needed to find a way and I did i walked to her room and called her she came out of her room in hoodie and skirt. That was not what was expecting but I saw her calf muscle it was defined for 12 year old. So confirmed my sister has muscle. I stood in front of her for a while without saying anything and she put her hands on my t-shirt and shook me and said what is it Allen. I didn't know what to say and I asked her to come to my room. I needed say something she was following me to my room. And I came up with an idea. I told angel go downstairs and please bring my toolbox to my room. She said ok didn't said anything. I watched her going down the stairs her calfs was real. But the tool box was heavy it was nearly 78 lbs. And came up with the tool box and I looked at her she wasn't struggling much and I asked her wasn't the heavy, and she said ya a bit but nothing that I can't handle. Now I confirmed she is strong. But I needed more I needed to see her muscle or see how strong she was. I needed to continue so I said angel you are strong for a small girl. And she said no I am stronger than kids above my age. That was it I got it on track. I asked her what does that supposed to mean. And she said she is stronger than 18 year old boy and I asked how can u be so sure. She said everyday she plays with our neighbour kids and they played many games including arm wrestling and she said she beat a 18 year old boy. I cannot denie it because she has something under the hood. I said that's great. She said "who knows if I am stronger than my big brother. That really triggered me but cannot take that risk if she is really strong I would be humiliated. I was not ready to take that chance. She asked me do u want give it a go. I said no. I quickly said today I fall my bike and have some body pain. She quickly asked i didn't know are u alright. I said kind of ok i think. She said so that's why u asked me to bring the tool box. I said ya. I walked into my room and she came withe and sat on my bed. She told me we will arm wrestle when u are ready bro. Again i said ye.
We were looking each other without nothing to say and i asked how did u get that strong to beat a18 year-old boy in arm Wrestling. And she said deric gave her something in a bag and said mix this with water or milk and drink, u will get strong and i said ok. I know he won't do anything bad to my so i took it every day for the last two months and it was finished. Angel said she told deric about it and he asked her what happened was it good did u get strong. And I asked her what did u say. She got up from the bed and closed the door and said I didn't said anything I just showed him.
She removed her hoodie and she was wearing a sports bra. I just stood up and walked near her and staid still. She flexed her bicips which was not huge but more defined than mine and she also had abs. She had a strong hard body which I should have had. She came near me and feel it bro they are hard. I touched a girls muscle for the first time and I never thought it would be that hard. She put her arm on biceps and squeezed little and stopped and said bro u are soft. I didn't had anything to say. She said I know I am probably stronger than you bro but don't be scared I will always be your little angel and she gave me a hug. Her strong hard body pressed against my soft body. I felt my feet was leaving the ground. I said wow. She put me down and said sorry did hurt u. I said no u just pick me up. Ya sorry bro u are not that heavy. I said how is that possible I am 132lbs and u say I am light. She said I don't know may be because I am really strong. I asked how strong are u. And she said I don't know never tried anything. I said how about now. She yea let's do it bro i am soo happy i got a sweet brother...
