Hi All!
I'm Jenna, I introduced myself in the other place but I was told here would be a good place to show my progress.
Back in January I was almost 170 pounds....for my age and height that's really not healthy. So I put ass to grass and for the next 5 months gave it all I had and then some. By around mid June, I had dropped almost 40 pounds!!!
I was amazed at my hard work and determination, and it's proof that you really have no excuse with the right amount of exercise, diet, and motivation.
But I still had a lot more work to do.
I was still flabby and loose around my stomach and butt, so I targeted those areas I didn't like the most.
Soooo the past month and a half I've been doing a lot of DIY home workouts along with just running and the occasional gym seshs
The end result! Taken just now!!
I'm amazed at how flat I've gotten my tummy, I'm even getting my abs back!! I still have a long way to go as I prep for my goal of my next bodybuilding show in 2019 and Track and Field season next spring, but I'll get there
just you wait!
