Simple plan for muscle

Hi ladies
I am a figure competitor and I use only painless pumps and gh. I see great effects using only two things, that way it stays SIMPLE, and if something is off I can fix it quickly.

 I have never gotten a boob job and no matter how hard i work my glutes I am always missing that 'shelf'
i tried pp about a year ago and have gotten some permanent effects with continued use. I have never gotten an infection/abscess and the results are instant and pain free. I def recommenced this to all the ladies out there because it doesn't give you the unnatural synthol look. it comes out firm.

anyways thought id say  a little bit about the pump because it is fairly new on the market.

The point of my post is to ask everyone if they think a simple diet/gear plan is a good idea or if i should try some other things. thanks
