Helena had been one of the few female crusaders fighting in the Crusade of 1101.
At the end of this  second, unsuccessful crusade, in which the Turks defeated the Crusaders in three separate battles, Helena got defeated and captured became a prisoner of war at the age of 22.
The Turks were surprised that there was a woman fighting among this crusaders when the captured knights were forced to take off their armour.  Most of the Turks never had seen such a buff muscular girl.
Sultan Kilij Arslan considered that – if Helena had fought like a man (and caused a lot of casualties among his troups) she should also be punished like a man.
So Helena  got sentenced to get tortured 7 days in the dungeon of the Kilij Arslan's fortress and if she would survive her martyrdom to spend the rest of her life as a female galleyslave. But Helena was a tough girl and she survived the basting, the scourging, the hot needles, and all the unbearable tortures  in the  dark and cold dungeon.
But what doesn't kill a woman only makes her stronger.
Due to her toughness and her body's natural resistance she was still alive after 6 years of merciless slavery at the oar. Her body had become even more muscular and ripped and her formerly short hair was very very long.
Helena was 28 when her Galley got sunk in a battle.
Helena  and just one of her invidious slavedrivers who had caused all of these slashes on her back survived and managed to rescue themselves on a wooden beam. Helena – still shackled in chains – had no effort in killing the obese tormentor: She just strangled him with her chains.
In the ecstasy of her liberation from her long slavery she didn't occure to take his clothes and boots before his dead body floated away and disappeared in the waves of the Mediterannean Sea.
2 days later she was washed ashore.
Hungry and exhausted she crawled over the beach, managed to get on her feet and hurried away from the beach to a nearby forrest.
She knew that she had two big problems: She was almost nude; the undersized slaveloincloth tied around her hips was the only garment she had been wearing for the last 5 years and together with her handcuffs it would reveal her as escaped galleyslave.
She had to get some clothes and get rid of these handcuffs. She didn't know exactly where she was but she was still within the Turk Empire. When she would get captured again, the Turks wouldn't ask how she had reached this shore. There was only one penalty for fugitive galleyslaves – she would be on death row!
She had to get some clothes – no matter if she had to kill somebody to cover her naked muscle-toned body. And she had to find a blacksmith.

Wow.................. an excellent idea of an Story. I think to get clothes would not be so easy for  her and if i where a Blacksmith and would seen her ,i´ve other things in mind to do with her then freeing her from her chains............believe me.
A great woman with a great body can´t wait for more  .
