If I had to pick one, it's still the Olympia—that's the title that defines careers, legacies, and "all-time" status.

But I don't think it's as one-sided as people make it.

The Olympia:

• The official "best in the world"
• Where eras are defined (Lenda, Kim, Iris, Andrea)
• Consistency and peaking matter the most

The Arnold:

• Often brings more unpredictable lineups
• Sometimes rewards slightly different looks
• Feels more like a "who shows up best that day" contest

In some ways, the Arnold can be the more interesting show because:

• You'll see risks rewarded
• New contenders break through
• Judging can feel a bit less locked in

But the Olympia is still the final word. It's the one people remember years later.

That said, I almost wish they carried more equal weight like the old Olympia/Ms. International dynamic—because it would:

• Allow multiple champions in a year
• Build real rivalries
• Reduce the pressure on one single outcome to define everything
