Is there anyone here who (based on the pictures) would see her for anything?

She has not done her "about" on her profile so maybe that would explain it.
She lists, MMAjudo, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, and Muay Thai (isn't that the name of a drink?) Don't even want to talk about muscle worship.
I don't know anything about martial arts but is it possible to learn all of these and be proficient enough to even play fight with someone?
She really looks small to be doing anything physical. I'm trying not to judge a book by its cover but it looks more like she just clicked on almost everything. (Lift and carry?) I know she is not the only one on SG who looks like her, but could you turn reality off long enough to do any kind of fighting/wrestling session with her? Or a girl like her?

Actually, that's exactly what you're doing. It's not a put down, but it's obvious she doesn't look like she can do what she claims she can do. She does look like she'd be overmatched against a 90 pound weakling. She looks emaciated and it understandably set off a red flag. The cherry on top is she wears prescription glasses. They say looks are deceiving, but maybe not in her case.

I myself don't have any desire to session with her (or anyone of her build) but there are plenty of different preferences. I have absolutely no desire to session with a 400+ lb woman either, but there are other people who do, so there are preferences that run every which way.

There are plenty of women who post pictures first, then add to their description later.

As far as listing all the abilities she did, as you said she probably just checked off all the available boxes. Hey, there's plenty of resume padding in the job market, right? Most people with any number of brain cells could conclude that she's not the one to go to for lift and carry.
