I thought Cathey Palyo from what I saw was a great poser.
Lisa Elliot posing at the 1981 World Championships amazed me, especially her hitting the most muscular pose.
I gather Pillow and Kay Baxter were great posers in the limited footage I have seen of their routines.
Carla Dunlap too.
