I can't remember all names, but there are a lot of brazilian FBB or fit girls having unreal quads
for sure it's genetic, but many Brazilian girls have got unreal legs and quads

Tina Lockwood, and she had the most amazing calves.   
 
JenniferSueee  is 5' 2" and at least 150 lbs in this photo.  I don't know if she's ever reached her goal of 160 lbs.

To my knowledge Ann-Marie Crooks had the biggest ever, even bigger than Renne Toney.
Favorite is impossibly tough to narrow down, Heather Armbrust, Erin Stern, Ariel Gail, Christine Envall, Andrea Weston, Lindsay Aceto, Kristina Mendoza.
