Lynn Lemieux (No relationship with hockey player Mario Lemieux whatsoever).

Pictures of her are rather hard to find, however there's this superb video (Save for the background music and sometimes weird editing) taken from "La nuit des Champions" (Night of the Champions) in Quebec in 1988.
