I believe she was in gymnastics when she was in her 20's .  Their is a clip of her from the 90's on Letterman late night , doing a demonstration doing back flips . She even said recently she could of kicked Ralph Machhio's butt in the karate kid lol   i bet she could

I'm looking for a vid of her. It took place after a segmanet on "The Best Damn Sports Show Period". She flex multiple times if I recall. Anyone had it and can share?
