That's  a physique body?? Wow. Those arms look bodybuilder grade.

Physique is bodybuilding, without this division there would be no new prospects for the FBB division. No surprise here. Physique women are all bodybuilding grade. Mostly, you will see better conditioning in Physique than in FBB division, as seen in recent contests.
Certainly, Joanna has some of the great arms that can be seen in that division.
