A friend just sent me the photo of a 81 yr old female body builder named Sonia.  I could not get that image transferred here.  If anybody can...please help me out.   It's astounding actually

Kick away !   I love it when you kick my ass Greg.
I broke the knuckle off my left hand riding my wave ski.  Paddle knocked back and BAM...cracked off the fist knuckle...boxer's fracture.   No doc, no surgery, ...been getting laser treatments everyother day and using the hand.  ( Bill sez washing dishes is therapeutic !).   

Anyway...that gal is 71....and yah,   I'll see what can be done
