We had two tapings with Karen in 1999- the first done at the time of the ‘99 Jan Tana Pro Fitness show when whe was in superb shape, then a few months later when she was about 5 pounds heavier at 5'3" 125 pounds. For both sessions, Karen poses bodybuilding-style in bikinis and dresses, showing off a physique which could still place high in the fitness/figure shows today. For her gymwork, she worked out tandem with Lois Smucker, and her interview and Tana stage routine are also included. Karen is one of the best- and best looking fitness competitors ever.
