Trust me jackie knocked out several professional fighters included most 70% were men during sparring sessions with 80 75 kg ..now she is 160kg..

Everybody's got a big mouth behind the keyboard.. and talking about her strenght ,but nobody is looking at the weights the lifts on the equitment she's using..

u can tell by pin; she lifts a lot of weight easy.. 12 reps with no struggle..
