I have a suggestion Alison. Have you ever heard of something called a lawn mower? It would have this so much easier for you. Then again if you used a lawn mower we wouldn't get to see your beautiful muscles in action. Ok forget the lawn mower.

Certainly looks like your current workout routine in working Alison. That bicep is looking big and thick but I think I need to see a much closer photo of you flexing of your physique just to make sure. At this rate Alison you'll reach your goals sooner than you think.

Ok? Maybe you shouldn't have said that Alison. Then again if you own a leopard bikini(or can get one), maybe after you've been to your new gym for a while you might feel comfortable enough to share a picture or two of the beautiful you in said bikini(and that also sounds like a very nice model for one version of our "product").

If I expected Alina Popa I'd be on her webiste or her post here or somewhere that she is. I'm here because I don't expect Alina Popa or anyone else. I'm here because it is you Alison and it's you'd that I'd love to see in any photo you'd like to share with us but a leopard bikini would be very nice, when you feel you are ready to share your new physique with us of course. No hurry and no pressure at all but after all of this talk of leopard bikinis I think you do need to show us a picture in said leopard bikini the moment you feel physically ready to show the world the new you.

Remember I have seen an early progress photo of you from last year and I'm still here online having contact with you Alison so that should tell you something(you don't happen to know Alina Popa do you?  Just kidding)

... BTW my 50th highschool reunion was a smashing success.  I sent all my best bodybuilding pics ( not many...enough however) for the reunion book.  That was your suggestion
( well, call it encouragement) ...remember?.    Well after all those painful years of being taunted as "the muscluar chick" I find my pics have become popular on the reunion site.  What's really cool is to connect with so many of those I was estranged from so man many years ago.
 I'm especially enjoying conversations with the ones that were the nerds then.   I'm studying literature with one of them...some obscure TS Eliot poetry.  Stuff I'd never do on my own.   The pics I think opened doors to learning all about these people and what they have to say and share....such fun.

Alison I'd completely forgotten about your school reunion. Did I really encourage you to do that?(certainly sounds like something I'd do) Did you actually go to the reunion or just send the pictures? Either way I'm sure after 50 years they all would have been happy to catch up. I know what you mean about it being cool to connect with friends after a long time. It's been almost 25 years since I finished school and it's really only the last few years that I've started, slowly, to catch up with old school friends and it's just great. I'm glad all of your old, and I mean old as in you've known them for a long time and not......well you know what I mean, that your old friends like what you've been doing and how you've become(if that makes sense).

Thank you Alison(maybe you're right about about the life coach but I still say it's so much easier and comfortable for me here online).

Now let's see what your school friends think of you in another 50 years, ok 25 years. Well maybe not that long but simply after you've reached your current transformation goals, taken a few pictures, or maybe even a video(and that would be nice), and shown them what a woman in her late 60's or early 70's could really look like.
