Anyone know who is number 17? IMO she had the best physique that day esp her abs! I didn't think number 10 was that hot. Wonder how she ended up winning.

That is Kaori Ogihara, I thought she had the best physique too. Here's a few shots from a different contest, she's #4 in these pics. Couple of the same girls competing in this one as well, you can see she's made nice progress:
