WPW 580 - Lauren Powers

It is hard to believe but the 42 year old (at the time of this session in 2004) Lauren had only started training when she turned 40! In that short time the 5'8" 175 pounder (in contest shape!) had developed a very strong physique featuring 16" arms with impressive size and definition elsewhere as well, and that includes incredible abs. Of course, being a fire-fighter for many years gave her a great base to work from and she took it from there with her intense weight training. Topping off her impressive physique was facial beauty which reminded us of the German actress Elke Sommer, and all that topped off with beautiful blonde hair. Since she was just in a contest and in ripped shape, we did repwork with her in the gym, then she hits the shots in a bikini and three dresses and is interviewed.
