WPW612 - Dena WesterfieldWe did our first session with Dena at the 2003 Junior Nationals, which she won, but here we have her in very impressive off-season condition at 5'2" 155 pounds. Despite her size, she was still lean enough to show off some good abs to go along with very impressive size and shapes throughout her physique. The gymwork was some of the strongest we have ever taped- how about 20 pullups immediately followed by 20 chins, racking the lat-pull down machine (with extra plates on it), benching 275 for 6 reps, bodyweight curls for reps and maybe the best yet= 15 easy reps with 1,500 pounds on the leg press! We were pretty sure she could have done a 2,000 pound leg press but didn't want to risk it as she was beginning to prepare to compete in the Nationals and didn't want to risk injury. After the gymwork she poses in a bikini and two dresses, and is interviewed. With her physique and strength, and good looks, this 33 year old was one of the best physique models ever.
