If you concentrate on whoever travels to your area or if you are able to travel to them, you will find that most FBB that
are good at lifting or sessions in general are over 40, with a lot over 45.

Claudia Black Panther is spectacular and does lift and carry I believe.

Lora Ottenad will be 57 in February, Kathy Connors is 60 and Debra D'Andrea is 61, according to online sources, in Lora's case, Wikipedia. Not sure if any do lift and carry. And I'm a bit older than them so I have some perspective and respect for what they do, how they do it and how they treat their customers.
I saw Lora within the last year and have seen her three times over the years. Based on my experiences with her of the three, she is tops. That is NOT to say Debra, who I sessioned with twice, the last time around three years ago, and Kathy, who I saw once a decade ago, are not worth seeing. I just don't have as much personal experience with them.
All three are strong, in tremendous shape when I saw them, sensual... gorgeous. And they like what they do. Lift and carry or not, I recommend them all highly.

When I started sessioning all the best girls were early and mid 30s...it’s 20 years later and nearly all the best are the same but that 20 years older. I can’t think of any of the older ones that have disappointed...but most of my misses have come with younger girls

If any listed in this topic travel to your area, they are worth it. If you only want to pick the "best" one, you still may

My only over 45 experience would be Muscledoll (see WB270) from Belgium/France. Great lady to meet, extremely powerful, friendly and funny. It has been a while but writing this makes me think of meeting up again ;-).

I wonder why that is. Unlike wrestlers, it's rare to find FBB's under 30 or at least under 40. It's frustrating to be honest. I want to session with someone who's my age or at least less than 10 years older than me.

Besides it taking years to build a lot of muscle, a FBB over 40 might be more open to sessions, family grown,
maybe divorced, maybe not a significant income, maybe enjoying showing the muscle in sessions instead of
in contests.
Camming might be preventing the younger girls from sessions.
I am surprised about the number of non-bodybuilder girls available for wrestling. Maybe they have the opportunity due
to not enough FBB's sessioning.

Most sessions women are non-bodybuilders; this session scene started before the first FBB contest.

Unfortunately I think she’s retired. Both of her profiles are gone. I think she’s been in a lot of pain the past few years from the heavy lifting from way back when and it’s limiting how much she can work out these days. Let’s not forget she just turned 59 this summer. I’m glad I got to see a lot of her from 2014-2018. She was a fantastic sessionette and a sweet person.

I competed in Bodybuilding from 1988-2008 and also dabbled in Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting. I did offer female muscle/wresting/domination sessions until fairly recently and have since decided to retire this part of my livelihood. I am no longer offering sessions and personal meetings. I'll miss my cubs (and the mature cubs too:)
Life goes on and I'm still dabbling in a few things here and there but focusing on different interests and business ventures. I am still doing physique photography and video work for my own website MuscleAngels.com

I was in my late 20s when I started sessioning and met a couple who were younger than me, but mostly were around 5 years older than me, met a couple who were 10-15 years older (and one of them I didn't even realize was over 40). To be honest, the sessions I had with those in early 20s weren't that great, they didn't really know what they were doing mostly. The ones who were ~5 years older were very good, but either retired or kind of went off the deep end by now. Now I usually session with a girl who's a couple years younger than me, and more generally my own age give or take a few years. I definitely can't imagine meeting girls in their 20s when I'm in my 40s or 50s (or even now), or anyone above 50 now.
Most of the guys skew older, for the obvious reasons, and they're still meeting the girls in their 20s and 30s, so... probably not gonna stop them from spending their money. It's not like there are many session girls their own age.

Well said. I wasn't in my 20s when I started, but I was completely callow and naïve, so my early sessionettes definitely helped shepherd me through the vagaries of the session experience; behaving like a gentleman was, in the long run, its own reward and made ALL of my sessions more fun and less stressful. At my advanced age now, I only "spot" session these days, and what you stated regarding older clients makes a lot of sense: accumulated wealth, accumulated experience, and with age and gradual infirmity, accumulated humility likely made for a more reliable client.

@bulklover I agree and I had a few younger sessioniates tell me they prefer their older clients for the reasons you mention. One even told me recently she enjoys the power trip. That is different though then saying she was turn on by it which two older sessionates I was with twenty years ago or so told me. When I was younger, I seem to be with more older sessionates. Now that I'm older, it's flipped and now seem to have most of my sessions with women much younger then me. Really have no idea why since I still enjoyed being with younger sessioniates when I was younger and now still enjoy being with older sessionates.
