The past month has flown by, and I've gained almost a pound a day.

It probably hasn't the cleanest gains: my stomach only has a faint outline of a six pack, so it's not nearly defined as Nicole's.

I have kept to the diet Doug gave me... albeit, I haven't been counting calories and am probably overeating a bit.

I look down at my legs that look like they're bursting out of my shorts.

As Doug keeps packing on more and more weight each time, my legs keep packing on more and more mass, and now my legs look like they belong to thick a Brazilian Insta**** girl.

“You want to work in for a set?”, I say turning around to Doug and teasingly flexing a sizable quad for him.

Doug has some fat legs, but despite that I think I still have him beat, considering he never works out.

"um... uh... -not today." He says nervously.

"Fine." I say shrugging my now-solid shoulders. "That just means more muscle for me." I say unracking the bar for another set giddily.

After a few more sets of squats, my legs are fully pumped, and it’s time for bench pressing.

I’m still doing the 5x5 routine, so the only exercises I’ve been doing for the past month have been squats, dead-lifts, bench press, overhead press, and rows.

I can’t wait to switch to a more advanced program where I can isolate parts of my body, but Doug says I should keep going with this until I get to a point where my gains slow down first.

I have to agree with him on that.

I put 135 on the benchpress, then sit on the bench for a moment and look at myself in the mirror across the way.

I originally started wearing a tank top for mobility purposes, but now I’m looking pretty buff in it.

Despite my flat boobs, I actually have a visible, slightly muscular chest, thanks to bench pressing. My shoulders are wide and capped thanks to my overhead presses. My upper body is now in a wide V shape thanks to dead-lifts and rows.

My arms have grown with the rest of my body as well. I bring up both my arms for a double bicep pose and give a little flex.

Two golf-ball sized bumps pop out of my arms.

Doug blushes a little bit and looks away.

He’s totally loves how buff I'm getting...

It's kind of cute to watch him try to hold back.

I lay back and un-rack the bar to start my set.

Time to get even stronger!

“Oh really? I didn’t notice...” I say teasingly, flexing him a bicep.

-Although Nicole goes through guys so quickly, she may have actually forgotten about him entirely.

“Well...” I say forking more chicken into my mouth. “I suppose I could always introduce you to my trainer.”

Debbie! What the fuck are you doing?

-Introduce Dave to DOUG?

“What... -you have a trainer?” Dave says with a face of shock.

Come on, Debbie! Doug is even more awkward than you are! Associating yourself with him could turn Dave off from you!

“I uh... -guess you could call him that...” I say nervously pressing my index fingers together.

I’m not even sure Dave would even want to listen to a word of advice Doug tells him... Doug is the kind of guy he probably stuffed into lockers in high-school.

“Debbie... that’s really kind of you. I’d really like to take you up on that if you don’t mind.” Dave says scooting in towards me and putting his muscular arm around me lovingly.

Oh... Hi there.

“-I... for sure! Let’s... tomorrow night work?” I say trying not to blush.

“Hey Doug... I’ve got something I want to ask you...”
