“Hard to believe you’ve already been here a week! Time flies!” I say in a puke-worthy cutesy tone, looking towards my slutty sister.
We’re in the campus dining hall. The college tries to cut corners where they can so it’s an all you can eat buffet with cheap and filling food. Lots of pasta, lots of cheap meat, you get the idea.
“Yeah, I really like it here. I gotta watch out for this food though.” She says pointing to the large plate of pasta and chicken sitting in front of her. “I think I’m already chonking up a little bit.”
I try my best to resist rolling my eyes.
“Ha. Yeah, not really too many options when it comes to food.” I say looking down at my plate which has probably a quarter the amount of food hers has.
“Yeah, it’s a good thing we’ve got the campus gym, otherwise I’m sure I’d be a whale by the end of the semester.”
I froze in fear. The gym.

His entire body is lightly covered in sweat but this guy doesn’t look like he worked out at all today... or any day in his life for that fact...
“This... this is where you are going to start... -The squat rack. The 5x5 program is... -it's designed to build strength with a full body workout... -consisting of 3 exercises each workout. Those workouts will consist of uh... -compound exercises where you will perform 5 sets of 5 reps with um... -minimal rest in between sets. You will start light... -but over time... -with each workout I will increase the weight... -until we get to the point where uh... -an advanced workout would be more suitable for you.”
Well... for as much of a goof this guy seems to be, he does seem to know a lot more than I do... even if he obviously doesn’t practice what he preaches...

I pause for a moment.
Okay. I guess that makes sense...
“N... -not to worry though! -w... -we’ll be stacking together some real weight before you know it!”
“Alright!”
I’m fairly familiar with how most exercises work from watching videos of guys working out online, so I get under the bar and un-rack it.
“How is that so far.” I ask.
“P... -Perfect! -Except for the fact that the bar should be lower on your shoulders...” Doug says taking the bar and bringing it down from the top of my shoulder to back further. “When the weight starts getting... -heavy, you’ll thank me later.”
“Thanks... I’m going to do the first rep then...” I say bending down to squat position.
“-Wait!” He exclaims, stopping me mid-squat. “-hold it there. There are a couple things... -wrong with your form now.”
It’s hard to hold myself at mid-squat, but I guess this is a workout after all.

Man... I’m feeling sore after yesterday...
The workout went better than I could imagine.
Doug is actually pretty knowledgeable, giving me strict pointers on my form for every exercise.
Today I’m meeting him for lunch at the dining hall for pointers on nutrition.
I’m still prepared to take everything he says with a grain of salt considering he looks like he’s twice my size with the same amount of muscle, but if his nutrition advice is anything like his lifting advice, I’m all ears.
I walk through the dining hall doors to see Doug standing around in a green shirt and his trademark fedora.
“Hey Doug.”
“Debbie. -Most people will tell you... -your physique is built at the gym... -that’s not true. This is the most important part... -of building your physique.”
Getting straight to the point, huh?
Doug points to the plates.
“Here... -you build up a plate of what you think you need... -to grow, and I’ll build up a plate... -of what you actually need.”
I grab a plate.
I’m going to be honest, I’m not entirely sure what’s best.
I normally have started making deli sandwiches as the dining halls since I’ve gotten sick of the other food, so I start loading it up with deli meats, then maybe some lettuce on top.
Honestly usually a small sandwich is enough to fill me up, but if I’m going to get stronger, maybe something else.
I look over to the breads and see a cinnamon roll.
I DID work out pretty hard yesterday... I might as well treat myself.
I put it on my plate and headed to the table Doug was sitting at.
“WRONG.” Doug announced as I sat at the table.
Ah shit.
“I wasn’t expecting you... -to get it right, so... -no worries. We’ll trade plates.”
Gone was my sandwich and cinnamon roll, and in its place are large portions of Chicken Breast, Brown Rice and Broccoli.
“What you see in front of you... -is always a safe bet. The campus diners always... -make these three things. For variety, the chicken... -can be subbed out for steak, the rice... -for sweet potatoes, and the Broccoli... -for other green vegetables.”
“What was wrong with my plate?”
“So sandwiches aren’t typically the optimal choice... -for muscle gain. While it’s true you want carbs... -bread isn’t what you want... -and deli meat is far too fatty... -loaded with sodium... -and not high enough in protein to justify... -its existence.” Doug says, munching on the sandwich.
“So wait... -you get to eat my unhealthy plate then?”
“Yes... -well uh... Today’s... -my cheat day!” Doug says, taking a bite out of the cinnamon roll.

It's been a few weeks now that I've been training with Doug, but this is the first time the weight is getting to the point where I'm not sure if I can pull off the last rep, and I DEFINITELY don't want Doug to touch me!

I give it everything I got to push with my legs...

My legs still aren’t that big but at least they aren’t sticks anymore.
They’re a lot more athletic and thick.

I look down at my legs that look like they're bursting out of my shorts.
As Doug keeps packing on more and more weight each time, my legs keep packing on more and more mass, and now my legs look like they belong to thick a Brazilian Insta**** girl.

After a few more sets of squats, my legs are fully pumped, and it’s time for bench pressing.
I’m still doing the 5x5 routine, so the only exercises I’ve been doing for the past month have been squats, dead-lifts, bench press, overhead press, and rows.
I can’t wait to switch to a more advanced program where I can isolate parts of my body, but Doug says I should keep going with this until I get to a point where my gains slow down first.
I have to agree with him on that.
I put 135 on the benchpress, then sit on the bench for a moment and look at myself in the mirror across the way.
I originally started wearing a tank top for mobility purposes, but now I’m looking pretty buff in it.
Despite my flat boobs, I actually have a visible, slightly muscular chest, thanks to bench pressing. My shoulders are wide and capped thanks to my overhead presses. My upper body is now in a wide V shape thanks to dead-lifts and rows.
My arms have grown with the rest of my body as well. I bring up both my arms for a double bicep pose and give a little flex.
Two golf-ball sized bumps pop out of my arms.
Doug blushes a little bit and looks away.
He’s totally loves how buff I'm getting...
It's kind of cute to watch him try to hold back.

Nicole has been progressing very well lately. Her arms are starting to develop small biceps, and her legs are already visibly large and defined. I have really been taken aback by the rate she has grown in these few weeks.

If Doug hadn't encouraged me to work my core so hard, I would've been a goner, but my strong abs absorbed most of his force.

I hit him with a right hook straight to the head, and he's down.
"How... did you..." Dave stutters. "I hit you... so hard... how... did you..."
I simply pull off my shirt completely to reveal a sports bra and flex my abs for him. At this point they've reached a level of solid that most guys could only dream of.
"Looks like your ex has been working out harder than you, chump." I say, walking past him to the exit of the gym.

I ditched my shirt back in the gym, so I'm still rocking the sports-bra, but with the way my abs have developed, I think it's kind of a good look for me.
"Are you sure about this plan, Doug?"
"Yes..." Doug responds. "I believe it's... -the only way... -we can save her... -from her superiority complex... -plus um... -with the preparations we've done... -we can't really go back on this..."
I blush.
"I agree... -but... -I'm just afraid of how she's going to react."
"It's all we have..." Doug says nervously.
The doors open.
I lead the way to the room and Doug follows.
"Nicole!?" I yell knocking on the door.

"So uh... did I not kick your ass enough, or did you like enjoy it or something weird like that?" Nicole asks, standing up, rolling back her giant bowling-ball sized shoulders and cracking her knuckles.
"No..." I respond nervously. "Listen... I'm sorry I interrupted you and Dave, and that I punched him. Let's just go back to being passive aggressive to each-other rather than being regular aggressive and call it a day."
"Hmm..." Nicole says scratching the back her head, giving me a crazy bicep flex in the process. "And who's that behind you."
"Oh..." I say. "That's..."
This plan is so fucking stupid.
We are so fucked.
"That's Boss." I say confidently.
Nicole's eyes go wide.
"Boss..." Nicole says softly. "Boss... what are you doing with my older sister?"
Oh shit...
She still seems to hold a lot of respect for him...
"I've... -I've been... -training her." Doug responds.
A slight smile lights up Nicole's face.
"Ha... haha.... hahahahaha..." Nicole is overcome with laughter.
I grab my arm out of discomfort.
"I can't believe I didn't realize it myself... You got buff pretty quick, Debbie... It only makes sense that you were getting help from the best..." Nicole says putting her hand on her chin and turning around. "-But he taught me everything he knows: there's no way that you'll ever be stronger than me."
"Yeah... I know" I say, my voice wavering. "But I'm okay with that."
"What?"
"Nicole. You're incredible. There's no way I could ever reach your current size... and even if I did, you'll just grow even bigger." I blurt out.
"Debbie..."
"But I'm okay with that, because I don't need to be better than you. I'm very strong right now, and I'm going to keep improving myself for me, not for you."
"That's... good to hear Debbie..." Nicole says. "I'm really happy for you..."
Nicole sits down on the bed and looks down.
"Listen... I'm sorry about that Dave thing... that was super fucked up of me... and I never should have beat you like that... you're right, I am powerful... and because of that I need to especially watch out that I don't abuse that power... -I... I hope we can go back to being friendly sisters again... can we?"

Nicole turns to Doug, her eyes red with blood.
"YOU! You're going to fuck my sister when you've only ever turned me down?!" Nicole screams.

In Doug's story... he made it sound like they fucked at the end...
-but... they didn't?!
-Now I feel bad for interrupting him and telling him I didn't want to hear any more of the story...

“Heh... you think that’s going to stop me?” Nicole says with a chuckle.
And with that her body slowly starts to rise. Her thick arms pulsate as she pushes herself up with Doug and I on her back.

I try my best to wrap my arms around her neck as she stands up. I can’t really get her in a headlock because of how thick her neck has gotten.
She swings her shoulders back and forth to try to shake me off.
“Nicole... listen... it’s okay to that Doug doesn’t want to sleep with you. You don’t have to be the best! -it’s okay to not always be perfect!”
“Shut the fuck up.” Nicole says grabbing my arms that are wrapped around her neck and easily prying them off, causing me to fall to the floor.

Nicole turns around to the pants-less Doug, picks him up with ease and lays him down on the bed.

Epilogue
Nicole only stayed at college until the end of the semester.
When we came home for the summer our parents nearly shat themselves when they learned both of their daughters had become muscular goddesses. It took some time to adapt, but for the most part they’re very positive about it... though Dad still nervously lets his eyes wander when we wear clothes that accentuate our muscles...
College ended up not being Nicole’s forte so after that she took off to pursue professional bodybuilding.
She loved it! The lifting, the dieting, the whole bulk and cut competition cycle. I stop by her place often and whether it’s the off-season or days before competition, she always looks so massive and ripped!
She won many competitions and lost many of them as well, but she never let the losses get to her the way things like that used to. We still talk very often, and I feel like right now we are the closest we’ve ever been as sisters.
Doug went on to make a name for himself as a professional trainer, specializing in muscle growth.
As his schedule started to fill up, I got to workout with him less and less... although we still get sessions in here and there: He claims that getting paid in exposure really got his name out there... what a weird guy...
He’s trained many bodybuilders, mainly female, including Nicole, who he still trains every once in a while, although Doug still maintains that he will still not perform sexual acts for her, despite her still frequent teasing and requesting.
A lot of people, mostly Nicole, tried to push me and Doug together during college. He was a nice guy, he just wasn’t for me...
After college I got myself a fairly normal desk Job at a manufacturing company... that’s not to say I stopped working out though... in fact I’ve been hitting it harder than ever during my free time and I’m still growing!
My legs still seem to be getting bigger by the day! They look like two giant tree trunks. My calves are monstrous, veiny and they bulge out of my leg even when I’m not flexing. I put a couple inches on my waist, I’ll be honest, but I’ve still got a clear 6 pack that’s even harder than it was in college. As I had suspected ever since I was younger, I never ended up growing bigger tits, but my pecs more than make up for it. My arms get tons of attention from my coworkers, and people are constantly asking me to flex my softball sized biceps for them. The dress code there is very flexible there so I often take advantage of it, wearing cute clothes that are comfortable for me like skirts and tank tops.
I’m probably the biggest person who works there by far, man or woman... Nicole is still bigger in every way of course, and maybe deep down I'm still a little envious of that, but mostly I'm actually really happy where I am, and I’m happy for her and her successful bodybuilding career.
After some time at the Job, I befriended and eventually started dating a man named Sean who is three years older than me, and 150 pounds lighter...
Well...
-Well see how long the 150 pounds lighter thing lasts once we start training together...

This story was a great read from start to finish, and went a far different direction than the vast majority of female muscle fiction out there. Because it did, it feels like fresh breath compared to other stories. It’s rare to see full on character development that happens as characters grow in muscle size. Usually, they stay the same, or reveal their true colors as they lose inhibitions or become more sadistic/arrogant. This story, however, used fmg as a vehicle to explore the psyche of Debbie and Nicole, to great effect. This was unique and incredible in so many ways, well done.

Yes! I think I mentioned on my post after the Wendy story that I had an idea for a totally separate story, and that's what this ended up being. I do actually have another idea for a story after this that's a little different, but I think I'm going to take some time, let it develop and write a couple chapters before I'm back here to post it.
It's a shame that they came to blows, and that Nicole beat Debbie up so bad, I know a lot of sisters fight, but I am more of a fan of a good ending, so I hope that they make up and maybe Nicole trains Debbie to be stronger and more muscular. Anyway, I still enjoyed reading this story for the most part, and look forward to more. k+!

Honestly it sounds dumb but I think the biggest thing that helped me was forcing myself to write in present tense rather than past tense, as there's a lot more I could do with the main character's internal dialog to give them more of a personality. Although hopefully I'm improving all-around as well!
