Most fans of the sport would agree that Debbie Kruck and Marla Duncan were the two most famous fitness women from the earliest days of the sport. Marla did not stay on the national competition scene for long, but Debbie continued to compete all through the 1990s and into the 2000s, and was known as the most muscular fitness/figure woman of her time. This is one of the few Fitness Videos that the WPW photo/video crew taped, and Debbie had added some impressive size since her first Fitness #3 video a couple years earlier. In fact, she did not place high in many contests due to her amount of muscularity. This 2 hour taping from 1992 includes bodybuilding-style posing in swimsuits and dresses, gymwork and an interview. For the gymwork, most of it is heavy reps, but she gets serious for the bench pressing where she works up to 200 pounds for reps. Debbie's physique is shapely and complete, featuring very impressive biceps, back, side chest and calves shots, topped off by incredible good looks.
