My vote is for Sarah Dunlap, when she was simply massive and sporting sideburns.

Sarah has let herself go to hell in my opinion.  Waaay to many drugs, and now with the tattoos.  In her defense no one has seen a pic of Roth in years but I'd give the edge to her anyhow.
