For any woman, Connie looks great, but for a woman in her late fifties she looks absolutely amazing.

Connie was in her 50s when she won the 2009 Alabama state bodybuilding champion. "The benefits that only this sport can give" indeed.

Very impressed with what I have seen out of Connie, very nice size and definition for any age, much less someone in their mid-50's. It almost seems to me that size wise, some of the best are in their 40's and 50's, for example, Colette Guimond, Annie Riveccio, and Trudy Ireland, not to mention Connie. k+!
