That night Cindy went home and requested to her parents that she got healthy meals for dinner, they agreed and thought they all should get into better shape. She wanted to get into better shape so much that she ordered mini weights and resistance bands for home workouts. She had her food and done a quick workout at home then went to bed. The next day was a Saturday. Cindy woke up early got her workout clothes on which didn't really fit her. She contacted the personal trainer and he had a free slot that morning. Cindy headed over to see the personal trainer, she then explained her situation that she was bullied and wanted to gain popularity, the personal trainer felt her pain as when he was younger he went through the same thing. He was only 20 so still in college, but used the personal training to gain extra money. Couple months passed and Cindy dropped 30 lbs, she was in great shape.
