Simple question, what is your favorite body part on a muscular woman? Some guys like glutes, others biceps.
Mine are pecs. Especially when they have deep cut pectoral muscles with nice implants. Lauren Quinn is probably the top of my list for that. Straight pecs are probably Alina Popa (before implants).
-
For pectoral muscles, few can match Mary Lynn McKenzie. Her striations really turn me on.
Then there's Branka Njegovec whose abs and pecs have beautiful deep cuts and striations.
Julie Bourasa, Anne Sheehan and Lisa Giesbrecht have tremendous traps.
Finally Maria Rita Bello is outstanding, no matter which body part she is displaying.
I guess it all boils down to which woman you are admiring as to which body part you like bast.
-
But, the best part by far is the face!
I have a special file folder entitled "Top FBBs" where I have chosen the 3 or 4 most outstanding photos of my favorite woman body builder (there's about 400 so far - they're all so lovely). If the resolution is high enough, I zoom in on the face and crop it until her face fills the entire screen. From there I screen capture those facial close ups and create a jpg image (thanks to Microsoft Paint) that becomes the lead photo of each woman. Many times I spend just as much time admiring the facial close up as I do the other 2 or 3 images I have of each woman.
It doesn't matter how mature the woman is. I enjoy looking at 50+ year old Trudy Ireland's face as much as I do 20+ year old Deanna Harvick's. And I've chosen Trudy's facial close up from photos that haven't been air brushed. I love every wrinkle that she has accumulated over her long career.
James Cook at FTVideo has recognized this aspect and will every now and then zoom his camera in on a particular woman's face. I'd like to see more professional photographers do likewise on every woman.
-
It isn't a single body part for me but rather the combination of two parts which really gets me going
Really wide lats and hips
But if i have to single a part out I'd say lats
You guys know any women with really big ones?
-
Isabelle Turell definitely has the widest lats I've seen.
-
It's a tossup between huge traps and lats.
Like Kristy Hawkins' lats were the best ever followed closely by Julie Bourassa's traps and lats. It doesn't get better than that.
-
Abs.
-
I agree with the OP that I always check out and look at the pecs on an FBB first.
But along with this, also look at the FBB's face and something about the lats is always appealing.
-
Okay, I have just reviewed a video clip from Her Biceps Internet site of Brigita Brezovac doing a chest exercise.
Absolutely mesmerizing.
She begins the routine by bringing her arms out (which are bent at the elbow) to reveal unbelievably wide lats for you lat lovers. She then brings her arms together revealing marvelous striations (I can count about 10 per side) in her pectorals. If that wasn't amazing enough, her pecs form a deep canyon where they insert into her sternum.
Pecs and lats at their best. And, to top it off, nicely formed breasts, a beautiful face and a great smile.
-
Pecs needs to be natural.
I be pro dancer and so legs are my world. But love a beautiful shaped biceps peak too.
-
I like biceps, delts, and pecs. I might be the minority here but I like them with some mass but not ripped unless they are flexed.
-
For the most part, I prefer ripped and vascular.
But, when looking at Jennie Roosa, I will have to admit that "off season" with mass can be pretty appealing as well. (It all boils down to the face, and WOW, does Jennie have an attractive face!)
-
This is a tough one for me. So many parts to chose from. In ascending order (not including the face, whcih is kind of obvious):
3. Glutes: the bodypart that fbbs are probably the most famous for.
2. Triceps: nothing a like a pair of dangerous, flaring triceps, especially when viewed from the rear. Go watch the Susan Myers WPW video to see what I'm talking about.
1. Shoulders: nothing like a pair of broad, powerful shoulders on top of a tapered, v-shaped physique. Mmm mmm!
HM: Calves, Lats, Biceps, Thighs.
-
Personally don't like the contest ripped look. Somewhere halfway through prep so there are shapes but still a fullness.
Biceps have always been #1 for me. A nice bicep peak will always turn my head: Kristy Hawkins, Katie Lee, Mindi O'Brien, Jodi Miller etc
The #2 spot has fluctuated over the years. It started with calves, then rotated to abs, then for a while it was back. Watching a big back unfold is incredible to see and although women's physique is so popular you rarely see backs like that anymore in favor of a sleeker look.
Currently, and for a long time now, the #2 spot is thick, ripped, nearly masculine pecs. I used to think that was gross but I don't remember when I made the switch. Maybe seeing some old Annie R stuff when she was younger and did topless frequently. I'm trying to think of modern competitors that would have helped this along: Michelle Russell is certainly one of them, Lauren Quinn, Cindy Phillips, Shannon Courtney, Dani Reardon. The less breast the better.
-
Pecs. How much breast is desirable?
I've struggled with that for some time now. I definitely like the minimal look of Annie Riviecio, Alicia Alfaro, Branka Njegovec, Mary Lynne MacKenzie, Kris Clark, Katka Kyptova, Nadia Nardi, etc.
When they undergo breast enhancement, I feel sad that they think it will enhance their desirability. It doesn't. BUT, I'll have to admit that I find full breasts on top of striated pectorals to also be attractive.
I've come to the conclusion that I like it both ways. And, when I compare befores and afters of women like Anne Sheehan or Alina Popa, I spend just as much time admiring both conditions.
They're awesome, no matter what.
-
I have been a biceps and shoulder lover since i started my attraction for fbbs. Nothing emphasizes better the power of a strong girl than her huge biceps and shoulders. By the size of them, you can immagine how much she can lift in her hands or arms. Second favourite a very chiseled and deeply muscled back, followed by ballooning traps.
-
To compare flat vs. augmented chests, I suggest you watch videos of Annie Rivieccio and Rebekah Armstrong.
At FTVideo, Annie has a 7 minute FTVideo Classic that has an excellent segment where she flexes her pectorals. She can cause them to ripple from bottom to top in slow motion, either in tandem or separately. I would love to place my hands over her chest muscles and feel them ripple beneath my palms. Pure bliss.
At Muscle Tease there's a 5 minute video of Rebekka Armstrong where she is completely topless. Like Annie, she can also ripple her pecs, but the pectoral definition isn't as pronounced as Annie's. What's so mesmerizing about Rebekka is that she can cause each breast to lift independently of each other. Near the end of the video, she brings her magnificent biceps into play and synchronizes them with her breasts. First she will flex her right bicep in tandem with her right breast, then do the same with the left pair. What excites me the most is that there is some muscle definition straddling the bottom half of her right breast as it is being lifted. The video climaxes when, in a burst of exuberant energy, Rebekka flexes both arms and breasts simultaneously.
I strongly recommend both videos. See which condition you think is best - flat or augmented. Personally, I like them both ways.
-
I must admit to being a traditional biceps lover here. I love the front view with a high peak like an Aleesha Young or Kal Sheppard
-
Oops posted too EARLY. I also like the rear shots with just a mountain of a bicep with enormous delts and forearms like Kristy Hawkins. AND there are plenty of non Fbb with sexy biceps both now and in the not so distant past. Jessica Biel and Kelly Ripa come to mind. And Angela Bassett!
-
As you might expect seeing my user name, biceps!
But also calves, even though I can also like them on girls that aren't even strong, at least in the upper body, as regular girls can often have quite a bit of muscle in their legs and I generally like the shape of them. I would actually be less keen on them with a low body fat percentage in general, so I suppose don't prefer the harder near 100% muscle legs like some bodybuilders would have, with the exception being really defined and striking calves at times perhaps.
-
1. Biceps
2. Legs
3. Abs
NN
-
I must say back, because that is revealing if it's a bodybuilder you see when strolling in town or a muscular woman active in ogher sports like for instance wrestling. Wide thick back is characteristic for a bodybuilder.
-
I would normally say big pecs, but I've been thinking about glutes recently. They're just a ball of pure muscle like no other part of the body and I love it when they're so developed they look blocky rather than rounded, the obvious product of years of heavy squatting.
There's something about standing next to a muscular woman and looking over your shoulder to see her ass looking bigger and firmer than yours and jutting out further.
The glutes are also of course at the centre of the body's largest muscle system, namely legs and back, and a muscular derriere tends to go with the big wide back mentioned above.
Biceps are aesthetic, but it's the glutes/back (and pecs) that ooze a sense of power and I think at a more primal level we instinctively recognise the thrusting power of a big strong ass. Whether on the wrestling mats or in bed, you sense a woman like that can out-thrust you and dominate you.
-
Love big peaked biceps with a feminine face. Love massive pecs, but implants are a definite turn off. Implants look very unnatural.
-
The body part that I like the most are the biceps. Especially when they become visible from normal movement and in normal clothing. For example when brushing the hair when wearing a short sleeve shirt. Second, the legs. It also applies here, that I think it is most beautiful when they are visible in regular clothing. shorts, or tight jeans.
-
Abs are what stood out to me early. Tough to pick, but I'd have to go with that, followed closely by shoulders, then biceps, then quads.
-
Hmm tough one. I used to have a big thing about abs, but mor rthe cemtly with Rita Bello and Corrine Ingman striated glutei are a real turn on. Love seeing the muscle fibres and solid muscular glutes and the way they form the rest of the leg. Dani Rearden also has amazing glutes. Comparing the really ripped flutes to the more filled out glutes like Sharon marvel in off season I find those too absolutely beautiful. So from rock hard abs from Christa Bauch to now solid muscle buts. However, their muscular skin and close up shots are also a sight to behold.
-
I think for me a great set of ripped abs followed by nicely separated quads are long time favourites
-
Thanks "Sheep" for the heads up on Corinne Ingman. Truly amazing glutes. Too bad the glamour photographers (Dan Ray, James Cook, Gene Wang, Michael Eckstrut, etc) haven't found out about her. She deserves a more professional photographer with better lighting equipment to capture her unique beauty.
I think you could add Helle Nelson Trevino to the list of outstanding glutes.
-
Those guys rarely leave the States to shoot. Corinne is in England I believe. She does a shoot with fitvidz
-
1.- Pecs. Someone said Colette?
2.- Traps. Elena Oana is the Queen!!!
3.- Lats. An da Jeong is a goddess
-
ripped quads (just ahead of 6 pack)
-
The only thing better than a great six pack is Bonnie Priest's eight 8 pack.
-
The first thing I notice on any woman is her butt. Women bodybuilders have such big firm butts. Im thinking Lesa Lewis,Cindy Landholt and Kim Chizevsky most of all but Suzan Kaminga also has a well formed glutes.
-
Oh thats easy....glutes.
-
I like pecs and lats! ;D
-
Legs - especially thighs both quads and hamstrings
-
Glutes all day; Alina Popa, Betty Viana, Andrea Shaw, Dorothy Trojanowicz, Lola Montez, Penpraghi type glutes. Also, have a thing for toned arms on a lady
-
Give me a sexy six pack
-
There’s nothing better than a woman with big strong thighs, quads, glutes
-
Eh, how about... my preferred muscle would change with the ebb and flow of the girl's flex??
I find the entire body of a muscular girl more powerful than a drug. If you want to talk strictly preferences, and force me at gun-point to PICK ONE, and ONLY ONEEE!! Um, I'd still be fighting with indecision, between abs, a girl's armpits, glutes, quads, or overal core. Last second, before you pull the trigger, I'd shout from the innerest crevices of my soul..... "ABS, NOO THE ASS!! NOOO MAKE THAT THE ABS/CORE!! ACK, SHOOT ME, THIS IS TORTURREEE!!!! Gwhaa" I'd be rendered into a crybaby, toughest choice ever.
FYI, heck, the saddness that breasts are fat and that ultrafit women will shed breasts, is one of the things that pains me. Because my ideal fantasy is supremely muscular women with equally gigantic bosom mounted over steel-plated pecs. My brain has this elaborate city palace where muscle women live in a strict hierarchy. The more muscular/busty essentially queens, and those that can't compete like hiding in maze like alleys for fear of being crushed by the superior ladies in the hierarchy...
So, this type of questions, man, they really are tough, because makes me trigger that inner brain catalogue of images that I have....
-
I'll jump straight to it.legs has been my favs for a long time.but I'm starting to admire other parts to.eg . shoulders, full meaty pecs, just look at Nancy lewis, marvellous margie
-
For me it's sexy muscular thighs (vika pogribnyak or valentina mishina) followed by six pack abs (guluzar)
-
I find that different parts change for me depending on how I’m feeling. I mean I love a really rock hard butt, but could strong legs and abs all day long sometimes. Seeing the striating though and vascularisation though is totally hot.
-
biceps and traps
-
Mine are calves, the thicker, the better and if coupled with thin ankles, the greatest.
-
Thighs n CALVES definitely
-
Glutes and thighs, when they are big and toned, and look like they could crack walnuts. There is nothing sexier than a woman who looks like she isn't going to break under a stiff wind.
-
Double split calves that show the shape right through pair of pants
-
A beautiful face, smile & voice.
Hard Defined Biceps from 13 to 20 inches, with the strength to match.
Beautiful Breasts, well proportioned.
-
Tengo mis favoritos depende de la atleta me despiertan distintos gustos:
1. Marja Lehtenen (biceps)
2. Tina Nguyen (piernas y gemelos)
Por dar solo dos ejemplos.

GLUTES all day!
-
It's actually changed. At the beginning i loved abs and now I'm all about quads and calves
-
Mine are calves, the thicker, the better and if coupled with thin ankles, the greatest.
I have the exact same viewpoint. I believe that very curvy, muscular calves are divine.
Thin ankles accentuate big calves because they create a more pronounced calves curvature.
I also consider muscular quads to be quite attractive. Therefore, I am a true legs fan!
-
Traps, Back - Tischa Thomas
Shoulders, Arms, Pecs, Legs - Nathalia Amazonka
Abs - Heather Grace
-
On bodybuilders, biceps. That's what I usually look for when browsing the internet. In real life I have an eye for legs, calves specifically. It's much more common to see a set of muscular legs in public than arms.
-
Abs.
But a woman with great abs and nothing else only holds my interest for so long.
So it goes abs
then abs and lats
then abs, lats and delts
then abs, lats, delts and forearms
then biceps
then glutes
and then if she can top all that off with a sexy sweep of the legs from the side view, I have no defenses left.
-
A female with a strong muscular upper body drives me wild in particular her arms and shoulders really shows her strength.
-
I just love quads, hammies and glutes.
-
Thought about this for a bit, Arms are probably the parts I am least interested in unless the girl's thin but extremely ripped
Everything else though, too tough to say
Quads
Back
Pecs
Calves
Core
Shoulders
Love them all,
On a person by person basis though it's easy to decide what my favourite part is about them
Arms still need to match the rest of their body too of course lol
-
I personally just really love biceps, double points if they have bulging veins on them, it just accentuates their already powerful frame even more.
-
I am attracted by the power of the entire body, she must be feminine and extremely powerful, I prefer mass than ripped.
If I am asked to list body part I'd do it in this order
CALVES
THIGHS
ASS
BICEPS
CHEST
ABS
-
ABS ! ABS ! ABS ! ABS !
-
will (also)list of preferance in alphabetical orde:
BICEPS
SHOULDERS
ABS
CALVES
BACK
BELLY (no sixpack requoired m but also no fat belly, please)
mass is much more important ,than beind shredded ,prefer offseason personally: but shredded is also OK ,(if mass is not impaired too much)
-
It's always been the legs, especially the calves.

Abs for me. Especially when there are veins going down to pelvic area.
-
Pecs by far. Once I found Colette Guimond, I became a huge pec fan. The larger and harder the better. But something about it is just so beautiful to watch!
-
I like them all!
A big hard glute is probably the largest single muscle you can hold in your hand.
Big pecs are the ultimate indicator of strength on a woman.
Biceps are the most obvious muscle, but still sexy. They're perennial favourites for a reason.
I don't really mind abs either way. A defined 6 pack is impressive, but I also like a big solid muscle belly. It looks more powerful.
Big quads are sexy as part of the whole package, but I tend not to focus on them as much.
And there's a fascinating package at the top of the thighs which isn't a muscle, but grows with them. My eyes always go there :o
-
I love how people made out all these long lists of body parts and nobody said boobs, lol ... including me
-
Still most attracted to a great pair of calves. Then thighs that pop and bulge, and a large round booty. Lately I've become more fond of a good back.
-
Face
B00bs - implants done right!
Abs
Glutes
Quads / hamstrings
....pretty much the whole package :)
