Sonja Ala is mentioned in passing on Saradas in another thread, but I thought it was time to record her achievemets in her own thread.
Known for her spectacular abs, Sonja was a fleeting FBB star, that burnt brightly and faded too soon. Her pecs also make me rather hot under the collar...


Sonja Ala won silver as a middleweight at the Nordic Championships in Oslo, Norway, on May 15, 2004, where she was also awarded Best Poser.
Sonja placed 1st in the Novice Lightweight class of the 1999 NPC Heart of Texas Bodybuilding Championships.
She went on to  win 1st place in the lightweight women’s open division and the overall title at the 2000 NPC North Texas/Southwest USA.
She placed 4th in the Amateur Worlds, 2004, Lightweight.
