Jan poses in a bikini, one-piece and two dresses, showing off plenty of muscle combined with facial beauty and a great looking retro blonde hairstyle. We continue to transfer our very old videos on to DVD format, and for streaming on this site. Jan Keenan was from the mid-West and competed nationally around 1990. We had one photo/video session with her in 1989 when she was in top contest shape, featuring a very attractive physique package, well balanced with lots of upper body vascularity. Steve Wennerstrom took these excellent black and white shots while Barry Brooks used his camcorder for the video.

From 1989 - Jan was competing in the USAs and promptly dropped off the map following. This might be all the tape (shot with a camcorder) there is on her. She was, as you can see, extremely ripped.
