Wonder what exercises she did for her delta and arms?

Pillow was naturally muscular from the start.   While in California preceding her FBB career, she was a roadie for rock and roll bands.   I would assume that would demand lifting and raising equipment with her arms.  So from the start she was ahead of the pack.  I would assume that she did the same exercises we all did  for shoulders and arms after that...overhead lifts, side raises front raises, dumbbell curls pulley work.   Top  that off with a determined plan to work off all the fat...voila...one beautiful set of shoulders and arms.  In the era voted "the best overall" by the WSP hardcore wanna see the muscle fans.  She made history

miss training with pillow she was my mentor while getting ready for the Mr. Northern California in 1990 was when we train together. I had the honor of having her over at my apartment and she cook a meal for me bass soup. I will never forget that. Hope your still in good health.

I once asked her given her experience in bodybuilding why she never became a trainer. She said that doing so required a maternal instinct she felt she didn't have.
Maybe she meant that she was unable to do so for women but given that she trained with the guys maybe helping guys was something she was more in tune with doing.
How strong was she? Or did she only tell you how to train?

A friend of Pillow's has told me he is trying to get a website up and running which offers some info from her days in bodybuilding. He did say this would be ready to go sometime ago but he has been busy. Will post info here as soon as I hear it's online.

Did the iodine and baby oil concoction ever nearly make any of you pass out? Now while Pillow had great development overall, her traps I think were amazing. Her back  in that video she did where she poses on the beach (Venice I presume) resembles the flared hood of a cobra. Alison, how enthusiastic was Pillow at winning the Gold's Classic? I gather it turned out to be a mixed bag for her.
