Sandy is one of the strongest natural athletes we've encountered. For those of you who admire great physiques on women who are not competitive bodybuilders, Sandy's appeal is even greater. Her tremendous upper body strength results from many years of training for the fireman's test. She demonstrates her power via arm-wrestling scenes, laughing while the male (Tom Jackson, as he was the videographer here) gave it his all. Sandy does arm curls with a towel while the 170 pound Jackson resists with all his weight and might. Sandy tells you straight out that she is not like "the bodybuilders", who are hard a few times a year. "I'm rock hard year round", and it sounds like knocking on wood when she hits her own mighty chest.
