i think its closer to 14 inches, the tape ends around the 2 inch mark!

I tried to catch the video right as she shows the measurements.  I got 2 different measurements.  One a little below 16.5” and another a little above 16.5”.  So looks like she gained about 2.5”.  Awesome gains.
