Kris was a newcomer to the sport when we had this photo/video session with her in 2004- she had only competed in a couple of local contests in her home state of Florida. At an impressive 5'6" 175 pounds she was in very strong off-season shape here, and the young (25) Kris pounded some heavy iron during the gymwork, including 5 easy reps with 1200 pounds for leg presses, a 245 pound bench and perhaps most impressive were her strict curls with 135 pounds for reps. She was in 'traditional' off season shape meaning lots of huge size but not ripped, and she shows that size off after the gymwork by hitting the shots in a bikini and 2 dresses. Interview also included.
