WPW539 - Trudy Ireland - Video Download
This is our second release on one of the most densely muscled women of all time, and Trudy is moving closer to the big 5-0 as well. At 5'3" she was a rock hard 170+ pounds, and although she competes at about 10 pounds lighter, you could never tell that she was not contest ready here. Trudy continues to place high in the good shows, including a recent 3rd in the Junior USA and 2nd in the Jan Tana Amateur show. We start off with some gymwork and Trudy’s 16" biceps are not just for show, she knocks off A LOT of the easiest chins we have ever seen and does some more strong lifts, and some repwork to get pumped up for her posing scenes, which include her bikini and three very attractive dresses. This was our second taping for Trudy, her first one is on WPW 449 and we had two more with her after this, which are on WPW 684 and 719. We taped her here in 2002 and she was one of the most densely muscled women at that time, and she was almost 50! At 5'3" she was a rock hard 170+ pounds, and although she competes at about 10 pounds lighter, you could not tell that she was not in contest shape here. We start off with some gymwork and for sure her huge 16" biceps are not just for show as she knocked off ALOT of the easiest chins we had ever seen, then does some more heavy lifts before ending with repwork to get her pumped up for her posing scenes, which includes a bikini and three very attractive dresses. The fact that her upper body was so great, it almost hides the fact that her lower body shots, particularly her calves, were also very muscular. We close out with her interview. Trudy was a most unique competitor, again pushing 50 years of age and a very strong and good looking blonde to go with her unreal physique.
