WPW 747 - Hayley McNeffHayley was one of the more impressive young (only 21!!) competitors to come around in a while, winning both the Delaware and Maryland State contests in 2009. We did this photo/video session with her in the Summer of 2009 when she was still in near-contest shape after her shows. At 5'2" she checked in at a lean 140 pounds, featuring very good shapes and size particularly for her age. She trains very heavy and retained alot of her strength as can be seen during her gymwork where she opens with a very easy 20 chins. She then racks the lat pulldown machine and curled 100 pounds for reps before doing reps for other lifts. After working out she hit the shots in a bikini and three dress items, showing off a very impressive upper body and great thighs and calves as well, all topped off by beautiful looks and long brown hair- sad we did not get to do more follow-up work with her.
