Actually, the contest is 1993 NPC USA, not Nationals.

Damn good Heavyweight class.
Rutkowski in her prime. And D'Lynne Miller is an underrated, overlooked competitor from that era. I remember when Miller won an early 90s Extravaganza (strength contest)..

This is the 1993 USAs, not the Nationals, but whatever. It's an awesome contest.
