My vote is for Jay Fuchs. Alina is the best female bodybuilder in recent years but IMO regarding the biceps Jay Fuchs  have biceps with  better peaks then Alina Popa and maybe a little bigger

Oh! What a pity, bro! Hope in the future we will have more competition pics of her. She has a very respectful pair of biceps. For now, I choose the awesome goddess Jay Fuchs.
