Sweet!  Thanks, and thanks for her IG account too, I just checked it out.  There's a clip of Amanda driving a convertible Mustang and another of her grilling food on the barbecue.  Does anyone else find it super sexy to catch these women doing normal everyday activities with their incredible muscles so nonchalantly on display?  WOW!

Yes, in fact I prefer it to the contest stage. For me, that usually means dehydration and near starvation for her. But it's what they want. Here Amanda is touring the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. On her IG, she tells us that she does not feel healthy in contest shape. It's a strain, and I have never cared for the mandatory "robot" poses. Give me her daily life and of course, the glam photos.

I see my category changing every year to something that I am not a big fan of. Even though I did not get to see the 80s Muscles, I grew up seeing these women displaying femininity, grace, and empowerment. I never googled more anabolic cycles than training methods or fat burners than a solid diet. But I don’t see much of that now.

Everyone is more concerned about drugs, diuretics, and pointing fingers at coaches with no degrees to be called an expert in the first place. Competitors barely say hi to each other back stage, coaches asking current athletes to “revenge my old client on that stage”, and a whole lot of mess…  The Fitness World has became a trend & a mess, such a different feeling. I am less and less in love with the now but never letting the reason of why I started die. #OldSchool

I had a listen to her IG video on dating.  It's less about 'how to date an FBB' and more of what she as an individual is looking for in the dating world, not necessarily speaking for FBBs in general, but with advice to guys to simply be themselves.  If you're mature and honest with yourself, not acting like a player or a shooter whose self worth is tied to the size of their biceps or bank account, that will go further with a woman like her, and most women worthy of hanging out with in general, whether in the friend zone or the romantic partner zone.  Nonetheless, it's not a waste of your time, if for no other reason you get to listen to her talk while she saunters around showing her incredible chest the whole time, but it is real talk and guys looking to get anywhere with women ought to have a listen.
