Hey everyone, I have been here for about a week now, decided to introduce myself:)

I am Vicki "Vixen" Nixon, I am an IFBB Pro BB and really like what I see here...lots of HONESTY! Glad to be here. Look for me to do the IFBB Jan Tana in June in NY! I just did the Sacramento Ca. Pro show 3 weeks ago and took 3rd in the lightweight class.

Hello and a very warm welcome!! ;D Nice to have you here in the Forum . I´ve visited your Website today and Hoping for more Material  from you - news, pics etc.- .
It´s good to see that the fans of FBB are not alone here  ::)and have the Option to talk with them about there Ambitions and Plans.
I´m sure that you´ll have a lot of fans here .

Hi Vicki,

I'll second that - it's fantastic to have you here on this forum. Hope you stay, visit often, and contribute lots. You'll certainly have lots of friends here who appreciate all the hard work and discipline you put in to achieve the staggering results you do.

And if it's honesty you want - well, feel free to PM me and I'll tell you exactly *why* I think you look fantastic! (I could tell you here in this thread, but one of us might blush! ;D)

Hey Vicki,

    I saw you compete in 2005 at the IFFB Pro show in Atlanta. I must say that, although you were in great condition, you weren't very big or muscular . However, I've seen some recent video clips of you (DIY ones on yotube) and WOW have you put on some SIZE in a hurry! How much muscle have you put on in the last year or so? Do you plan to get even bigger? Keep up the great work!

    I’ve seen a clip that Tomnine had done of you, I think in `06 (but I’m not positive). It was an interview as you sat on a sofa talking about you in women’s bodybuilding. The impression you left was very positive. I’d had posted it on Youtube, the response was again very positive. You are well spoken with great poise; your femininity really came through. Needless to say, I’m glad you stopped by to say hello & hope you can be a regular.

Very glad to be here...what a nice, warm welcome!! Thank you all for the kind, sweet words and support! Yes, i have put on some size since first becoming a Pro, I have put on about 7 or 8 lbs of lean muscle...happy to say! Dont want to go much bigger, as I am only 5 ft 2:) I start to look blocky, and the lightweights only go up to 135lbs.
 I will be on here as much as time allows:)

The Europa maybe on hold this year, I have my contract in to do it...but I tore my ACL into shreds and need surgery soon...before it causes more knee damage. But, if by chance a Total miracle arises...I will be there. At this time it doesnt look good at all. Thank you for the sweet words, I love to compete and was planning on doing All the IFBB Pro shows this year! I guess this is my bodies way of telling me for the hundreth time to SLOW DOWN! LOL! I will keep u posted, I see the surgeon this Thursday!!

My name is Connie and I am cert. nutritionist and hormone specialist and have been involved with nutrition and weight training for 10+yrs.  I once weighed 198lbs until 2004 when I finally reached my weight goal of 120....now my goal at age 42 is to be toned enough to do a 40+ female competition!   This looks like a great site to learn from.
