Good morning from a very dark and cold Uk...
I am very sore after yesterdays workout and whilst I know, compared to most on here I am a weakling my strength has increased so much in recent weeks I am very excited as to where I will be in say 6 months...
My current lifts are (all for 10 reps): deadlift 90kg, squat 90kg, decline bench 52.5 kg, clean and press 30kg....i also love to do weighted dips with a 5kg plate and also pull ups...
My body is changing and I am loving the changes and I have had loads of positive feedback.
I am buying a few weights so I can get a pump on at home and also gives me chance to get some pictures for you all.
