Hello everyone.

Glad to be here.  Just getting back into fitness and training - joined a gym a few weeks ago.  I'm getting older, but still have a lot of gas left in the tank.  Thanks for having me!!!

Hello there,

I've been a fan of female bodybuilding and fitness since its inception in the days of Lisa Lyons, Laura Combes, Rachel McLish, Carla Dunlap, and of course Kay Baxter.  There's also some memorable ones like Lynda Chicado, Kiki Elomaa, Laura Walkup (spelling?) Georgia Miller-fudge, Deana Panting, etc that some older members may recognize.

I have been lifting weights since my teen years for sports and discovered female bodybuilding by accident. 

THere's no denying I like the way FBBs look.  I also found that fbbs tend to be diciplined, goal oriented and in general very pleasant to have a conversation.

I am not as fit like my teen or college years since many life events, but still do find time to go to the gym.

I will participate as much as I can between my obligations.  I hope to have some conversations about old school of FBB and also hope to learn what is up now.
