She's still there but I have the same issue. I still have the couple vids of hers I purchased unlike models who've deleted their accounts. But , click her profile link and goes to page not found . Strange yet was online other day , the popup that she just logged on came up on screen but her room was nowhere to be found.

That is how HBC behaves if the model has a region (or other?) kind of block active, yes.
