Flexing Hard
"Ok. We'll have a contest. Winner doesn't have to clean the basement. I'll even let you pick."
Perry knew he would win. There was no possible way his little sister could win. He was older- 15 to 12, he was stronger, he was faster, and he sure as hell was smarter. It was just a matter of how long it would take. It was already in the bag.
"Who can flex the hardest." Lisa said.
"Who can flex the hardest? Flex what?" Perry asked.
"Muscles of course."
"What's the point of that? We already know whose muscles are bigger. You might as well grab a broom now."
"Let's play." Lisa held out her arm, her long sleeve pajama's hanging off her skinny little bones.
"Ok, squirt. Your funeral."
"You go first." Lisa said, calmly.
"Fine." Perry said, with a smug grin.
He pulled his arm up and flexed as hard as he could. A small mound rose under a layer of blubbery fat, his tricep area shaking like a bowl full of JELLO as he put everything he had into the flex.
"Ha! You see? There's no way you can beat that!" Perry said, confidently.
Lisa furrowed her brow, trying to see what he was talking about. She poked at his arm.
"Are you sure you're flexing? Why is it so squishy?" she asked.
"Of course I'm flexing! And it's not squishy! You're just not touching it in the right spot! Why am I defending myself to you anyways? Let's see what you've got Miss Chicken Little! I've got stuff to do." Perry slumped down onto a kitchen chair and tried to act like he wasn't blushing like crazy.
Wasting no time, Lisa brought her arm up and curled her tiny forearm back, squeezing her fist tightly as she softly grunted. Perry suddenly perked up slightly. Did her sleeve just move? Nah. Couldn't be.
"Ok, muscles. I think it's pretty clear who won. Time to clean the basement."
"NO! I'M NOT DONE!" Lisa growled through clenched teeth.
Her face was starting to turn bright red, sweat droplets starting to trickle down her forehead as she stared, determinedly, at her bicep. Perry jerked back at the angry tone of his sister. Her arm began to shake, her knuckles turning white, as the sleeve began to tent upwards! With every second that passed, it rose higher, slowly pulling the sleeve tighter and tighter around a mound nearly the size of an orange! Lisa growled and squeezed harder and the bulge burst through her sleeve, tearing it nearly up to her shoulder! Perry gripped the sides of the chair, fear starting to bubble up inside him, as Lisa reached over with her other hand and ripped the entire sleeve off of her shirt, revealing the mini mountain on her arm in its full glory. Perry gasped. Lisa turned her head, rage burning in her eyes.
"SHUT UP!" she screamed.
Turning back to her bicep, she lowered her shaking forearm, but Perry could actually see the muscle swell even as she flattened it out! Her bicep began to throb, each throb injecting more muscle into the bulge that began to rise like a rippling loaf of bread. Snaking veins began to pop out of her skin so hard, they looked like they may rip right off her arm. Her whole arm took on a deep red, near purple color, as it began to shake so hard, the sweat pouring off of it was showering Perry, almost five feet away. The floor started to rumble underneath Perry's feet, floorboards creaking and groaning. Plates and glasses rattled in the cupboards, pictures swayed on the walls, as the mass on her arm had inflated into a massive melon like dome, her razor thin skin barely holding back waves of multiplying muscle fibers as they pushed ever skyward. Taking a page right out of a horror movie, Perry nearly wet himself as Lisa's head slowly turned towards him, a positively evil grin stretched across her face. Her eyes had a red/orange glow, like a fire had been lit from within her, the flames itching to be released. The rumbling had become so fierce, Perry was forced to hang on to his chair for dear life, the whole thing bouncing around the floor, chunks of ceiling and wall raining down around him.
"This is how you flex hard." Lisa whispered.
